PRICING POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Pricing Policy (“Policy”) governs all matters relating to price quotation, bid submission, and evaluation under electronic tendering conducted by Katraj Dairy (Pune Zillha Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh Limited.).

1.2 The Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance with procurement standards.

2. PRICE SUBMISSION

2.1 Bidders shall quote prices strictly in the format prescribed in the tender documents.

All prices shall be in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Price bids once submitted cannot be modified after the bid closing date.

3. PRICE EVALUATION

3.1 Evaluation of bids will be conducted as per criteria mentioned in the tender document.

3.2 Katraj Dairy reserves the right to reject abnormally low or non‑compliant bids.

3.3 The decision of Katraj Dairy in bid evaluation shall be final and binding.

4. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

4.1 In case of arithmetic discrepancies between unit price and total price, the unit price shall prevail.

4.2 Bidders must review all calculations before final submission to avoid rejection.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 All pricing information submitted by bidders is treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes.

5.2 Bidders shall not disclose their prices to any third party until tender results are published.

6. PRICE REVISION AND NEGOTIATION

6.1 Katraj Dairy reserves the right to conduct negotiations with the lowest evaluated bidder (L1) where permitted by policy.

6.2 No upward revision of price will be entertained post‑submission.
